Controversial businessman and social media personality, Linus Williams, popularly known as BLord, has sparked reactions online after describing his brief stay at the Kuje Correctional Centre as “a vacation.”

Speaking about his experience during a recent interview, BLord said the prison facility was far more comfortable than many Nigerians would expect, comparing it to an NYSC orientation camp because of its size and structure.

According to him, he was housed in a section reserved for influential and high-profile inmates, where he reportedly enjoyed several luxuries during his two-week stay.

“Kuje Correctional Centre looks like an NYSC camp—very big. They kept me where powerful people stay. I went on vacation in Kuje Prison. I had my own chef, and my room had every appliance you could think of,” he said.

BLord also made claims about controversial activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, alleging that he was treated differently during his detention at the same facility.

According to BLord, VeryDarkMan was allegedly placed in a section housing suspected bomb-related offenders and was physically assaulted while in custody.
